Frequently asked questions
For students
- How do I join a class?
- Browse classes on the Classes page, choose one that fits your goal, and complete the booking and payment. You'll get access to the class page and session links. You pay the class fee for each class you join, whether or not you have a subscription.
- What if I miss a session?
- Check the class page and teacher for recordings or make-up policy. Many teachers offer dedicated doubt-clearing sessions; reach out via the platform.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept card, UPI, net banking, and wallet through our secure payment partner. Fees are shown in INR at the time of booking.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refund and cancellation policies depend on the class and teacher. Check the class page and booking flow for the specific policy before you pay.
- What are monthly and yearly classes?
- These are recurring programmes where you subscribe to a teacher for a month or a year. Class fees still apply when you book individual classes—subscription and class payments are separate. You can only enroll in classes for the batch you joined (monthly or yearly), not in all subscription classes.
For teachers
- How do I start teaching?
- Sign up as a teacher, complete your profile, and submit for approval. Once approved, you can create classes (hourly, monthly, or yearly) and set your schedule, batch size, and pricing.
- How are payments handled?
- Payments from students are processed securely. Teachers receive payouts according to our withdrawal policy. Ensure your bank details are updated in Settings for timely payouts.
- Do you interview teachers?
- Yes. Teachers who offer monthly or yearly classes go through our process so we can ensure quality and structure. Hourly and one-on-one classes may have a simpler onboarding.
- Can I run multiple batches?
- Yes. You can create multiple batches for the same or different subjects, with small batch sizes and flexible timings to suit your and students' schedules.
